Following our tutorial with Geraldine yesterday, pitching our storyboard and narrative for our film. We have decided to change the story. We took inspiration from the Halston film that was shown to us in last Thursdays film lecture with Dennis.

Drawing from this inspiration, we want to emulate a transition through time and space like the Halston film. However the key difference with our film will be to highlight the actress as our designer, coming over from Serbia (her birthplace) to London establishing herself as a designer in the big city; in a nutshell a rags to riches montage. The audience will be able to see the change in time not only through the location but through the clothing, which mirrors the designs of Illincic.
